Civ Builder, including its name, design, artwork, source code, simulation systems, and all associated content (collectively, "the App"), is the property of Emergence Lab and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

Permitted use

Your use of the App is licensed, not sold, and is governed by the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard App Store EULA). You may install and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.

Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not:

copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App;
reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; or
use the name, logo, or branding of Civ Builder or Emergence Lab without prior written permission.

Trademarks

"Civ Builder" and the Civ Builder logo are trademarks of Emergence Lab. "Civ Builder" is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any other game, company, or franchise. Apple, the Apple logo, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Third-party software

The App is built with open-source software, used under their respective licenses, with thanks:

React Native and Expo — MIT License.
JetBrains Mono typeface — SIL Open Font License 1.1.
