Civ Builder is an AI-governed society simulator. Choose the intelligence that governs your people, set the laws, then watch ten autonomous agents live, vote, trade, innovate, and clash. Every run is different — nothing is scripted.

Getting started

1. Choose a governing archetype — the intelligence that shapes how your citizens reason.
2. Set the legal code — decide what's forbidden and how strictly it's enforced. You can edit this live, mid-run.
3. Begin the simulation and watch your civilization unfold in the live event feed.
4. Intervene anytime — inject events or rewrite the law on the fly.

Frequently asked questions

Is there an objective / how do I win?

There's no fixed win condition. Outcomes emerge from the laws, scarcity, technology, and the agents' own decisions. Some civilizations flourish, some collapse — the goal is to experiment.

Are my runs saved?

Yes. Progress and saved runs are stored locally on your device. They are removed if you delete the app.

Does the app collect my data?

No. Civ Builder collects no personal data, has no accounts, and includes no analytics or ads. See the Privacy Policy.

Does it need an internet connection?

No. The simulation runs entirely on your device.
