CryptoComp ("the App") is a cryptocurrency trading simulator and game operated by Simple Design LLC ("we", "us"). All trading in the App uses simulated, play-money portfolios. The App does not involve real money, real cryptocurrency, or real financial transactions, and nothing in it is investment advice. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, which permanently removes your account and associated data.
The App lets you create content visible to other users — including your display handle, profile avatar, and your simulated trading activity that appears on public leaderboards and trader profiles.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content — including handles, avatars, or other profile content — that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, discriminatory, impersonating, or otherwise objectionable, and not to engage in abusive behavior toward other users. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Every place the App shows another user's content, you can:
We review reported content and will act within 24 hours — removing offending content and ejecting (banning) users who post it. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion and without notice. To contact us about content or conduct, email simpledesignllcca@gmail.com.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, access other users' accounts, scrape data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The App is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Simulated prices and results do not reflect real markets and must not be relied upon for actual investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Design LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
